     Welcome to the Cheyney University Online Financial Aid System. You can:

  • Check the status of your financial aid application
  • View documents we've received from you and a list of the documents still outstanding 
  • View your financial aid awards 
  • Read messages related to your application and awards

Log In Instructions

Returning Users:

To access Manage My Financial Aid, enter your 9 digit Cheyney Student ID and the Password you selected the first time you logged into this system.

Forgotten Password:

If previously logged in to Manage My Financial Aid, but have forgotten your Password, select "Forgot Your Password?" below. You will need to answer the security questions that you created when you activated your account.

First Time User:

If you are a first time user and need to activate your Manage My Financial Aid account, select "First Time User" below. You will need your Cheyney University Student ID, Social Security number and your 5 digit zip code.


In order to use the Manage My Financial Aid system, you must have been accepted as a student to Cheyney University. If you have not begun the financial aid application process, you can get started by completing online the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. Enter our school code 003317 on your application and we will automatically receive a copy. Please allow 3-5 days for processing.
